Charming Beachfront Retreat: Pool and Beach Access

This beautiful beachfront private property is located in a exclusive community. The guests will find a comfortable house located on a cliff, with a gorgeous swimming pool and a large tropical bohio (with hammocks), where the guests can enjoy spectacular views of the pacific ocean. The property also includes a BBQ area as well as private access to the beach front. This tropical retreat is ideal for a single family, multiple families or groups that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The space Gated 1-acre property with vast green space 4 bedrooms with A/C 4.5 bathrooms Spacious kitchen and dining area Indoor living room area Terrace BBQ area Gazebo with hammocks Pool Private access to the beach Guest access All areas are accesible to guests except for: - 2 locked rooms located in the right side of the stairs, - housekeeper's house, - storage room at the entrance of the property, and - storage area beneath the stairs. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN If available, we can be flexible in allowing you to check in early. LATE CHECKOUT If possible, we can allow a late check out for an additional fee of $80. This will cover up to 4 hours passed 12pm. If you need to stay longer than 4 hours, even if its for reasons out of your control (weather, transportation) we will need to charge for an extra night. GAS ELECTRICAL POWER PLANT We have a gas electrical power plant on the property that provides electrical power to the house for approximately 8 hours, if needed. Electrical power outages are common in this area due to several factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, strong winds, heavy rain, etc.
