Cute bedroom in a historic home

Cute bedroom available in a charming house near Kadlec Regional Medical Center and downtown Richland. This historic home has wood floors, laundry in the basement, and plenty of parking! The full kitchen includes a small tabletop dishwasher. Bring your dog along! We have a chihuahua mix who largely ignores everyone. This home also has one permanent resident (me) and one other person :) This is an LGBTQ+ Friendly Home <3 The space The house is a charming little brown house on an L-shaped lot with a matching brown shed in the back. Your bedroom will be upstairs. Guest access You will have access to your room and common areas like the basement storage, the kitchen, the living room, the shed, and the back porch. There's a hammock on the back porch for lazy summer days. During your stay This is a room in my home, so I'll be around. You likely won't see the other tenant very often. Other things to note Important pet notes: I love dogs! This means I want the safest possible environment for your dog and mine. To that end, I have a few rules. 1. The yard is not fully fenced in. Dogs must either be walked or let out to go in the bathroom in the backyard while at least one person watches them the whole time. This is a safety issue. 2. I can provide you with vaccination information for my dog and ask you to provide the same for your pet. 3. I'm generally assuming your pet is potty trained and isn't destructive, but in case they do destroy stuff in the house, you will be asked to replace that stuff or pay to replace it. If your dog has trouble with potty training, I will ask that you crate them while you are not home. 4. Your dog needs to be gentle with small dogs. This is a safety issue. If your dog causes damage to the pets in the house you will be asked to leave immediately and to cover the ensuing vet bill for the pets they hurt. 5. No unfixed pets.
