Fully stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products to get you started. Our team, including live-in manager Bill, is here to ensure a smooth stay. Plus, we've added a few touches to make you feel at home - like a special welcome treat! 😊 Guest access The building's layout is designed for comfort and community: secure motel-style entrance, shared wide hallways with keyed private entry, hallway sitting areas, a community room, and lovely outdoor spaces including a front garden with grapevine arbor entrance and rose garden, and a back yard with gas grill. Perched on a hill, we've got stunning nature views, tree top views of the city and Park! 😊 Spot occasional deer, and a variety of birds and wild turkeys from our peaceful spot. Other things to note Loadstone Apartments This cement building was built in the 1950's and has served a number of different residence over the years. It is located in a historic neighborhood of North Omaha. Twenty years ago it was completely remodeled to include 18 studio apartments, one managers apartment , two front offices, and a conference room. Currently we are updating the apartments and furnishing them one by one to serve as short and longer term Airbnb Stays. Each unit is unique in size and decor, but all the units include a fully equipted kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower , a comfortable chair, a desk, and a Smart TV with high speed internet. We provide a shared laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers including the laundry soap at no extra charge. The laundry room seperates the East and West wings. Each wing has a sitting area with a large screen television as well as an exit to an outdoor fenced in porch. West wing also has a gas and charcoal grill for guest to use and access as well as a pretty fenced-in yard and picnic tables. Recently we re-opened a community room equipped with a sofa, extra large mounted Smart TV, and Ifit Nordic Track . We also have two additional public bathrooms in the lobby.
