New to Airbnb! Welcome to The Westlie, our oasis built in 2022 tucked in the woods of Madeira Park. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This home is for our family to relax and recharge from the city and enjoy all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. From the views of Pender Harbour from the living room, the deer visits at the bedroom windows to the peaceful chirping on the patio, you are now in the heart of nature. - NO PARTIES - Quiet time is 10pm - No Smoking The space A custom-built, modern cabin on 1.7 acres, nestled amongst the greenery of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk to the ocean. You’ll enjoy 3 levels of thought out, warm and cozy, functional spaces well equipped for the whole family and beautifully furnished. We are honoured to be situated in Kalpilin (Pender Harbour), within the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the shíshálh Nation. The main level is bright, open, and airy with windows looking out to the gorgeous coastal view from every angle. A large couch in the living area fits a large group, perfect for huddling together for a movie or game night. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample lighting, an oversized island countertop and an almost bottomless fridge. Step out onto the spacious patio deck for breakfast in the morning sun and coffees (or cocktails!) after dinner. Listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean and surrounding wildlife and maybe enjoy a visit or two from the local birds and deer. (We’re also pet friendly, so be sure to include your own furry friends as well!) 3 bright bedrooms and 2.5 well-stocked bathrooms fill the remaining two floors complete with available workstations and fast wifi for those who are mixing work with pleasure or adventure planning while on the coast. Security For the safety of our guests & our home due to the remote location of our property, we do have 2 outdoor security cameras onsite. 1 is located in the carport facing the the door and the second is located below the deck pointing to the end of the driveway. The the camera is on at all times. ***Available to book 2 doors down is a cute 2 bedroom cottage with hot tub for any extra family members wanting to come along but wanting their own space.
