Adorable 1 bedroom guest house + hot tub

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Based in bedminster down you have easy public transport access into the center for your adventures. Similarly we are close to the airport .You have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen and dining area off the patio in the main house.Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, double oven, grill and your own fridge.Please note the bathroom and kitchen/dining area/washing machine are all in the main house opposite the guest house across the patio The space The guest house has its own private entrance and is aeperate from the main house giving you complete privacy. Curtains are black out and there are 2 electrical heaters which you will only use in the winter. 1 is enough really at setting 3 . We have robes, towels and flip flops for the guests . Please leave these in the washing basket at the end of your stay. For stays longer than a week sheets and towels will be change once a week . Please note the bathroom amd kitchen/dining area/washing machine are all in the main house opposite the guest house. There is a seperate fridge for guesthouse guests . The hot tub is operational 24 hours a day from may 1st - october 1st Guest access Guest house has its own private entrance and access. The area is very quiet with easy quick access to town center...north street...ashton gate stadium and the airport. A taxi from the house to queens square is about £10 and takes about 10 - 15 minutes or you can get the 75 or A1 bus. Both stops are a few minutes walk from the house. Cheddar grove bus stop for the 75 and bridgewater road for the a1. The hot tub is operational 24 hours a day from may 1st - october 1st
