It is located a few minutes away from the city, but also in the heart of a magical tropical space with dozens of tropical fruit trees. The kitchen is entirely equipped. A Nespresso machine with free coffee capsules, sugar and cream is available. You can listen to your music with a wireless speaker. The yard is equipped with a dining set with umbrella, as well a a bench ideal for meditation or just relaxation in a unique environment. Ideal for 5 guests. Private access with an electrical gate. The house has a garage but no car can be parked inside the garage. The cars are parked in front of the house on the driveway. Maximum 2 cars on the property. We live next door and the two yards are connected through a walkway. We are available any time to answer any of your questions and give you some advices, or to come over if you have any issue. This is a family neighborhood very close from South Miami, Coral Gables and Pinecrest. One block from Tennis Courts, 15 min from U. of Miami, 45 min from Miami Beach or Key Biscayne, 30 min from Downtown, & 20 min from the Everglades, Coconut Grove and historic Coral Gables. 5 min from Baptist Hospital, Dadeland Mall & Dadeland South Metrorail station. 20 min from Children's Hospital.
