Spend your time at the property and enjoy the air conditioning and smart TV or venture out to Phoenix to explore. No animals allowed! Not suitable for children! 10 minutes to the Phoenix Suns Arena (Footprint Center) 12 minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 25 minutes to the Cardinals Stadium (State Farm Stadium) 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale The space The guest house has a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and cooking basics. The bathroom has body, face and hand towels. Other things to note - Early check in/late checkout may be available for $30 - Lost keys $150 - Lockout $50 - Smoking fee $150 - Mid-stay cleaning $60 - No animals I want to give you a heads up that while I have no pets, the neighbor’s dog gets excited and will bark at first when you walk into the backyard. Please don’t be alarmed, he’ll settle down right away and has no access to our yard. Feel free to park in the driveway on the left hand side or anywhere on the street. The backyard is a shared space so please be courteous to the people in the main house.
