Please note: - There are other cottages in the surrounding area as well are a resort. Guest access Access to your own dock and small beach area! Explore the natural beauty of the area from our cottage lake access. Take a refreshing dip or go on a peaceful paddle in a kayak. Other things to note Guest Guidelines To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests observe the following policies: • Check-In & Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and scheduling. Please note that our cleaning team operates on a fixed schedule, so we appreciate your cooperation with standard check-out times unless otherwise arranged. • Parking Each cottage is allocated parking for a maximum of 2–3 vehicles. • Swimming & On-Site Activities The lake is clean and safe for swimming - feel free to enjoy. DISCLAIMER: Swings, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, the fire pit, and all other equipment or activities are available for your use at your own risk. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring all equipment is used safely. The owners/hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. By participating in any activity or using any equipment, you accept all associated risks and release the owners/hosts from any responsibility. • Noise Policy Out of respect for all guests, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. • Water & Ice Drinking water and ice are not provided. We recommend bringing your own bottled water or water containers, along with ice if needed for beverages. • Pets We’re happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained pets. A small pet fee applies to help us maintain cleanliness and an allergen-free space for future guests. Please supervise your pet at all times. Pets must remain within your designated cottage area or be kept on a leash when in shared spaces. • Damages Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. • Privacy Please respect the privacy of fellow guests by not entering or walking around other cottage areas. • Cooking Oil Cooking oil is not provided, so please bring your own. • Disclaimer: Our cottages are located in a natural lakeside environment, surrounded by trees, water, and wildlife. While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and take preventative measures, occasional encounters with small outdoor critters can happen, this is part of true cottage life in nature. To help prevent wildlife from entering, please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food or garbage outside or unattended. Thank you for helping us preserve the balance between comfort and nature.
