Walking distance to the back beach & Coastal Walk of the Mornington Peninsula. Quiet and peaceful location yet close to all the action of the Bay. Four minute drive to the Bay beach, five minutes from Blairgowrie Village. Explore rock pools, surf, walks, wineries, markets, restaurants… Do as much or as little as you like! The space Nestled amongst the moonah and tea trees in a quiet street, only a stone’s throw away from the magnificent Mornington Peninsula National Park walking trail & Dimmicks back beach. You are welcomed to a sunny deck that wraps around the property with a fenced front garden perfect to relax and play. Perfectly suited for one to two families, a couple or a couple of couples! Inside you will find a bright & inviting living area with a cosy fire place for winter weekends away. There are three bedrooms (x1 King & x1 Queen bed & x2 bunk beds). **Strictly NO pets allowed, NO smoking and NO schoolies bookings. We, unfortunately, don't have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young large group bookings under 28 years of age. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, for short Stays. Enjoy days spent walking through Dimmicks Bushland Reserve and track to the local back beach including the popular Number 16 beach or visit one of the many beautiful front beaches that are still close at hand on the Tyrone Foreshore. Dimmicks Ocean Beach is loved by experienced surfers, however it is not patrolled for swimming. Dimmicks Beach (500m) Blairgowrie Shops (3km) Peninsula Hot Springs (7.5km) Just a short drive away to explore the many wineries in Red Hill, pristine beaches, farmers markets, hot springs and beautiful national park trails spanning over 30km and much more. This peaceful hideaway is the perfect escape for family & friends to relax and explore the wonders of the Peninsula with close proximity to shops, restaurants & cafes in Blairgowrie, Sorrento & Rye. Other things to note There is also a large Woolworths supermarket (cheapest if you need a "big shop" ) located on Nepean Highway, RYE. Alternatively the IGA at Blairgowrie (Nepean Hwy) has a great range of very high quality produce.
