There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. 🔥 Heating: This unit does not have heating only air conditioning. Guest access Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits. Other things to note Guests are responsible for presenting us with a valid picture ID and the names of all the guests staying on-premise just like a standard hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
