Ocean Blue is a beautiful oceanfront, dog friendly home. Accommodates friends & family, sleeps up to 6 with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Living room, dining room & 2 of the 3 bedrooms overlook the ocean for a view that can't be beat! A large deck with a BBQ for grilling & plenty of seating for watching whales & the stunning sunsets. Newport Historic Bayfront & the Nye Beach District are 7 miles north, both packed with wonderful shops & restaurants. You will make many wonderful memories at Ocean Blue. The space ** Please read to the bottom ** ** Airbnb states that Ocean Blue is right on Ona Beach. It is actually 1.4 miles from Ona Beach and .6 miles to Lost Creek State Park both with beach access. ** Ocean Blue does not have direct beach access** Ocean Blue is furnished with comfort in mind, one level home with an open floor plan and large island for friends and family to gather around and talk about the fun filled day they had. The Kitchen is very well stocked with many spices, oils, and most cooking supplies to make homemade meals during your stay. The living room is off the kitchen with amazing views of the ocean, large comfy couch and love seat for relaxing, long benches along the windows provides plenty of seating for everyone. A large entertainment center with a 50" internet smart TV (local stations only, there is no cable but you can stream from your own streaming provider), sound bar, DVD player with many movies to pick from, books and games to fill the evening with fun memories. The dining table has enough seating for 8 with a leaf in the center to make a larger table. Out on the back deck you will find unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean with seating for everyone to enjoy and hopefully spot a pod of whales spouting or watching the many fishing boats catching the catch of the day and a BBQ for grilling up delicious food. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view with room darkening shades, a comfy queen bed, tv equipped with Chromecast, private bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has an ocean view, with room darkening shades, a comfy queen bed and a tv equipped with Chromecast. The 3rd bedroom has a view of the front yard, comfy queen bed, blinds with dark curtains and a Roku tv. There is a Pack n Play with sheets/mattress cover and Tripp Trapp high chair for little ones to use and beach towels for your trip to the beach at a local State Park in the master closet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with unscented laundry detergent provided, iron and ironing board. If you bring a furry friend (dogs only) please remember the yard is not fully fenced in but there is a small dog run on the side yard for you to use. Please do not leave your dog in the dog run or in the home unsupervised. We have dog bowls, dog towels and potty bags in a basket in the laundry room and a small dog bed in the living room. Please make sure your dog is freshly bathed before your stay. ** UP TO 2 DOGS ONLY, Pet Fees apply.** **The house is suitable for children and dogs although the property is NOT FULLY FENCED. **The property is located along the South Coast Highway 101. **Children and dogs must be supervised at all time while using yard/garden. **MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 People Children under 2 years or under do not count under maximum occupancy. THIS MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES AS OCEAN BLUE COULD LOSE THE SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE IF VIOLATED. **NO BEACH ACCESS - Ocean Blue does not have beach access at this time. This is ocean front property is off of highway 101 with NO beach access. Beach access is located 0.6 miles North at Lost Creek State Park or 1.4 miles South at Ona Beach State Park. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole house and yard excluding the garage. Other things to note **The house is suitable for children and dogs although the property is NOT FULLY FENCED in the driveway area and side yard. **The property is located along the South Coast Highway 101. **Children and dogs must be supervised at all time while using yard/garden. NO BEACH ACCESS - Ocean Blue does not have beach access at this time. This is ocean front property is located along side South Coast Highway 101 with NO beach access. Beach access is located 0.6 miles North at Lost Creek State Park or 1.4 miles South at Ona Beach State Park. The house rental does not include the garage, and the outside area behind the garage is off limits to guests.
