Cozy room in an apartment on Selby canal

Nice room available for anyone travelling around the Yorkshire area for work, study or leisure. The space Welcome to my place! It's an apartment by the river with nice views from the living room where I live. I'm located on the Trans Pennine trail and have a secure outdoor bike storage if necessary. Guest access You will have your own room with a sofa bed and some storage space available. You will have access to the living room and dining area, and to the kitchen where you can make breakfast or some tea/coffee with toaster and kettle available for use. Other things to note Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate children, infants or pets as I do not have suitable facilities or meet safety standards. I also won't accept any smoking. This is my home and we would like my guests to treat it with care.
