Waterfront Bay Cottage w/ Your Own Private Beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beachfront cottage. Back of the house has a beautiful sunroom with endless water views and small private beach area out front. New outdoor firepit, stone patio with couch and cushioned swivel chairs. New bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and furniture, and bedding. Come make memories on the Chesapeake Bay! The space The house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with all brand new decor and furniture. We have a kayak , stone fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, Adirondack yard swing overlooking the beach, patio with outdoor couch and loungers for seating. There is parking for up to 2 cars. There is a small private beach on the property. The community beach is for property owners only. We provide bath towels and linens for the beds. Please bring your own beach towels! This is a single-level home. (There are two small (2inch) flooring transitions in the home for foyer entry and sunroom entry). The main floor has a living room and a gorgeous sunroom with expansive, endless water views for lounging. Large dining table seats 6. Additional dining table in the sunroom. Breakfast bar in kitchen with 2 stools at eat-in bar for seating. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All dishes, pots and pans and cutlery, coffee pot, and other small appliances for your convenience. We have a keurig and a regular drip coffee pot. Outdoor area with string lights, stone patio with couch, 2 rocking-recliners and Sunbrella cushions. The back yard has 4 Adirondack chairs around a new stone fire pit plus a large Adirondack swing overlooking the beach. Living space has a TV over the fireplace. Huge sunroom with expansive water views. Master bedroom has en suite full bath, king bed, and sectional couch. Mounted TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has twin over full bunk beds. Come make memories! About the neighborhood: Chesapeake Bay Beach Estates is a golf cart community right on the Chesapeake Bay. It’s a hodgepodge of different homes. Some of the lots have beautiful homes and some have campers and trailers. The people in this neighborhood are incredibly friendly. We love it here and we know you will too! About Reedville: Reedville is a quaint remote little town in the Northern neck of Virginia. If you are looking for night life, bars, shopping, movie theaters, etc, Reedville probably isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation with your family and friends in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, you just hit the jackpot. Sorry: No smoking. No events. About Pets: Responsible pet parents allowed. Max of 2 pets allowed with payment of pet fee. Max 50lbs per animal. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet. Additional fees will apply if damage or owner does not clean up after their pet. Guest access Private Beach in your backyard! Community beach is for property owners only. Neighborhood is walkable. Parking for 2 vehicles. Golf cart and jet ski are not for guest use per county regulations. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. Please no loud noise or music after 10pm. Up to 2 pets allowed with pet reservation and fee.
