The bright living room is equipped with a modern kitchen, a relaxation area with TV, and a sofa bed to accommodate your extra guests. The cocooning bedroom includes a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a mezzanine cabin bed (100 x 200 cm) for little adventurers. The bathroom is fully equipped, with quality toiletries and practical storage. For families, a cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge for children 0-3 years old. Outside, relax on our welcoming terrace, equipped with a parasol and a barbecue, perfect for friendly evenings. Secure bicycle parking is also available for two-wheeled riders. Everything you need will be available for you to leave the home clean, as you found it when you arrived. If you prefer not to take care of the cleaning, you can request a cleaning fee when you book: 🧽**Cleaning fee:** (to be paid in cash upon arrival) - 2 people: €40 - 3 people or more: €50 🛏️**Beds:** The beds will be made upon your arrival, unless you wish to bring your own sheets. To ensure a pleasant experience and the proper functioning of the equipment, please respect the following rules: fill the bathtub at least to the level of the bright LEDs before activating the bubbles, and rinse the bathtub thoroughly after each use. Eating or drinking in the spa area is strictly prohibited. Confetti, petals, candles and any other foreign objects are prohibited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🅿️ Parking: There is a small parking lot within 30m of the accommodation for your vehicle 🚲 You can bring your bikes in front of the accommodation so that they are safe 🚮 Recycling containers are available 30 m from the accommodation ♻️ The Angoulinois welcomes you to recharge your batteries peacefully and to spend a pleasant and relaxing time. This place is absolutely not for parties. 😌 🐶🐱Your four-legged companion (small/medium size) can accompany you (supplement €30) provided that the dog owner complies with the following rules: 1. The dog must be clean and well-behaved. 2. The dog should not be left alone in the accommodation 3. The dog owner must clean up any damage caused by the dog. (VACUUM CLEANER WILL BE USED UPON YOUR DEPARTURE) 4. Dog owners must ensure that the dog does not disturb the neighborhood 5. The dog owner must follow local rules and laws regarding dogs.
