The surface area is not very large and maintenance requires little elbow grease. Rigorous cleaning before checking out is really necessary to be able to accommodate you and the following guests in pleasant conditions. Check-in and check-out are autonomous (a video as soon as you arrive and once your stay is over will be requested), hence the importance of respecting the premises for the conviviality of all. Trusting relationships are the strength of B&B accommodation, and having to ask for an additional fee for non-compliance with the premises will bother me a lot.
