The space No Recently renovated the bespoke plywood kitchen opens out to the double height dining and living space and onto the garden. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two singles as well as a brand new bathroom and separate laundry. There is a smart TV in the living room with Netflix and a voice command speaker for your use. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, walk in robe and ensuite. The apartment is fully renovated in 2022 including bespoke plywood kitchen, laundry and joinery throughout. Decorated with a curated mix of vintage furniture and rugs from around the world and homewares from local designers. For children / babies we provide a travel cot, high chair and a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs (there is a door at the top). There is a single car garage adjoined to the unit with surfboard racks inside. Better suited for compact cars. The garden has just been landscaped with a hot outdoor shower, generous undercover deck with dining table and chairs, grassed area and a boardwalk through native grasses and plants. Guest access Guest has access to a single garage which joins the house as well as a parking space in front of the garage. There is ample street parking outside also.
