Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road. Other things to note There is no private garden with the property but a small table and chairs to the side. Please note this overlooks our driveway and is next to the road. Our WiFi is not very good and often slow, we don’t have fibre here yet so it runs off of a dongle. The TV is not a terrestrial TV but has BBC iplayer, ITV X as well as running Netflix if you have your own account.
