The space Five bedrooms and as many bathrooms, the elegantly designed interior allows for great privacy amongst guests whilst offering spacious common spaces in the living/dining rooms and well as in the sizable kitchen with its own dining table. Guest access There is one parking space inside the garage. Other cars can park off street in the centre of town. The front door is step-free. The master bedroom opens onto a huge and sun-bathed terrasse and enjoys its own direct outdoor access from the courtyard, as an option. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and situated on the first and second floors. the third floor contains a gym with equipment (see photo). Other things to note Do not leave the keys inside the house when you leave, keep them always on you. Otherwise, you will be locked out, as the door locks when you close it. Any lock change will be at your expense. The pool has no fencing or cover. There is only a pool alarm. Small children are entirely under your responsibility and must be monitored at all times.
