Traditional Welsh Cottage , Carmel , Caernarfon.

Ty Bach is a small and cosy Traditional Welsh Cottage with a large lawned garden and beautiful views of the sea, hill fort and Anglesey. It is set in a peaceful rural location backing onto Moorland . Access to the cottage is via a track. Although situated in a rural area there is easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and main road links to coastal areas and in land areas. The surrounding countryside and mountains can be accessed on foot from the cottage. The beach is a 10 minute drive. The space The cottage has a fully equipped fitted galley kitchen opening into the living room , there is a small dining table for four situated within the living room area. The living room has French windows looking out onto the garden and views of the sea. There is an inglenook fireplace with multi fuel burner large comfy settee and chair . There is a smart tv with access to Prime Video and catch up tv, there is a Bose speaker which links up to music web players / you tube. There is a double bedroom downstairs just off a small hallway and downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. There is a further bedroom upstairs which is accessed via a small loft staircase with no handrail ( care to be taken) Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage. There is shared access from the garden gate to residents living next door. Other things to note Parking is outside at the side of the cottage and is shared with residents next door. The cottage is an old cottage and does not have up to date modern amenities. The main heating source is the multi fuel burner which heats the whole place and the hot water. Guests need to be able to operate this in colder weather , there are radiators but these operate on a programme so will not provide constant heat , if additional heat via the radiators is required there will be an additional charge. Wi fi is provided but cannot be guaranteed as rural area The cottage is old it does not have a power shower and the boiler is an old emersion heater. Guests must light fire and use logs and coal to heat the place in cold weather ( information provided and fuel )
