This spacious, beautifully maintained lake house features an open floor plan on both levels, filling the space with natural light and offering stunning lake views from nearly every room. With 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, multiple living areas, 2 sunrooms, a screened-in porch, a 50-ft deck, private dock, 3 firepits, multiple grills, and plenty of room to gather, it’s built for relaxation and making memories. While the home offers many modern luxuries, it’s surrounded by nature—so expect a few critters along the way. Peaceful, not the Ritz—and plenty of parking for up to 8 vehicles. Guest access Guest will enjoy full access to the entire home, 1.5 acres, private dock and parking for 8 vehicles easily. The home is 2 levels with private entrances should renters desire that. Each floor is 2,100 SQFT each, 9 ft ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, laundry room, and multiple living areas with amazing views of the lake. Guests have full access to multiple firepits, a private dock, and likely every cooking appliance you'll ever need. Other things to note Prior to 1/1/2024, the hosts rented just the lower level of the home which reflects many of the reviews. Currently, the entire home is available to guests. Guests can fish right off the dock or use the 2 kayaks (1 single, 1 tandem). Fishing poles / gear, life vests, and other outdoor equipment is located at the private dock which also includes a screened in porch and seating for 5. Guests have access to the neighborhoods private boat launch area which is a 2 minute walk from the rental. Pets (dogs only) are welcome at the property. Guests will pay a $100.00 flat fee for up to 2 Pets during your stay. No cats are allowed.
