Home of the Cowboy Country Reunion: This home is located in the iconic city of Stamford, TX the birthplace of Cowboy Country Reunion with a legacy that goes back through the centuries of Cowboys, the Wild West and Farming/Ranching communities. The Cowboy Country Reunion is held every year in June in Summer to mark the remembrance of the history, the legacy and the people that call this iconic city their home. The pantry is always full with basic spices, healthy food and snacks. You make the payments for this via other platforms. Other things to note In a Nutshell: This is a drug free, smoke/vape free and alcohol free home. (You are liable to be fined $1000-$1500 for deep-cleaning charges if you violate our rules) House Rules: - Please read our extensive house rules as this is imperative that we're both on the same page. - We do not tolerate drinking, drugs, vaping, guests, smoking, etc - We reserve the right to refuse you service or terminate your stay if we find your behaviour unacceptable. - We will not tolerate long term guests entitled to services that are paid, disrespect the host or be tardy with their following of house rules. Official Documentation: - We require official government ID, work documentation and other pertinent info like SSN, DL etc for running verification check. We run Credit, Employee & Criminal background checks through an third party trusted system (so we do not have access to your personal data). - Valid AirBnB Reviews, from an Verified Guest, we will check with them to make sure this is in place. New people will have to make sure they are validated with the host for a booking - We will not tolerate requests to take conversation offline to avoid the AirBnB fees as that's illegal. - Payments have to be made on the 1st of the Month for long term bookings via AirBnB. Fees and More: There may be extra fees for guests requiring cost-extensive services in order to keep the overall room rates lower: - We do not tolerate low ballers, cheapskates and discount seekers, we know our product and the value we offer as we've been in business for a while now.
