This is a very quiet street within walking distance of Bath city centre. Close to local shops, a great veg and butchers. Amazing charity shops, amongst others. My home is very light and colourful. A large living space with a comfy sofa, large tv. The kitchen is equipped with everything, a range cooker, Belsize sink and large double fridge freezer. Outside there is a seating area for coffee in the morning sun. Up the colourful stairs there are three double bedrooms. Note the 3rd bed has steps up. The space This house is fine for a family to rent. One of the bedrooms has a high bed with a very comfortable mattress. Note that it doesn’t have a barrier. It is also my main residence and not a holiday let Guest access The whole house is available. Other things to note There are new parking restrictions. You will need to send me your car registration and approximate time of arrival and departure so I can get you a parking permit. Also note that this is my permanent residence so I have clothes in drawers and some condiments in the fridge which you are welcome to use. It’s a family home not a holiday let.
