The space The newly renovated apartment consists of a cozy eat-in kitchen with access to the spacious roof terrace, a large living room with sofa and dining table and two bedrooms. In the bedrooms you will find a workplace with good Wi-Fi (250 mbit) and network connections for optimal work. There are also LAN connections for fast Internet in the kitchen and living room. Electric blinds and mosquito nets in front of the windows ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 and is equipped with a shower. The apartment is particularly sustainably equipped, with high-quality oak parquet, ecological wall colors, organic bed linen, organic towels, a PV system... The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guests' disposal. Bikes can be parked covered and secured in the garden. Access to the front door and the garage door is via a numerical code. Other things to note The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. Several bus stops nearby ensure good timing in all directions. At Maximilianpark (about 10 minutes' walk), buses run every 10 minutes to the main train station. The nearest bus stop is 30 meters from the front door. Here the buses run every hour (also to the main train station). In the enclosed garden we offer covered bicycle parking with 6 charging options.
