This home is unique as it's designed as a fully self-contained home making the most of our picturesque waterfront property with a jetty & a fully enclosed Gazebo. Maybe fishing off the jetty or just kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Easy to enjoy the water with our complimentary Kayaks, stand up board & Jackets (weather permitting) The Gazebo is fully enclosed, right on the waterfront allowing you to enjoy your favorite drink watching the ever-changing waterfront. The space This private property boasts two balconies & Glass enclosed Gazebo to make the most of what nature has to offer. Several fully equipped kitchens & full-sized refrigerators for ease of entertaining. Several bathrooms including an outside toilet so you can enjoy the Gazebo. You will be treated to spacious comfortable King, Queen, Sofa & Single Beds with quality linen (extra pillows & blankets) Sofa beds will not be made up unless you let us know, as they double as your lounge space. All sofa bedding & towels will be readily available to quickly make up & enjoy. A dedicated desk for computer work. The entire home & loft are equipped with extra-large smart TV connected to WIFI allowing you to access your Netflix or Foxtel accounts while relaxing on comfy leather lounges. You may watch a DVD, listen to your music on a Bose Portable Speaker, or decide to play a few board games also provided. We have incredible neighbours & please respect their privacy by ceasing all noise by 10pm, thank you. Other things to note: Due to COVID no other people are allowed to enter these premises except booked guests. Strictly no smoking inside please. Guest access This property has direct access to the waterfront and Gazebo from side balcony & side access. Other things to note Noise should be limited for neighbourhood courtesy, thanks.
