Relax with the whole family at this peaceful park full of amenities which is a great base to explore Carmarthenshire and Pembrokshire.. Our brand new 38' Swift Bordeaux is well-appointed and stylish and situated in Pendine Sands Holiday Park which is owned by Parkdean resorts. The space Luxury well-appointed static caravan perfect for families or groups. Located in a premium spot within the park. We accept one well behaved dog as well for a fee of £30. The rear compromises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the beautiful open plan living area features a fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. The living area opens up to an outdoor wrap around decking area with outdoor furniture and stunning views of Pendine Beach and beyond. There is a dedicated car parking space also and a patio area for barbecues. We provide all bedding but no towels. Toilet rolls, tea, coffee and sugar are provided free of charge. 49" Smart TV in Lounge area with DVD player. Free wi-fi. Guest access The park is clean, well-maintained and dog friendly. There is a pub with a children's play area, a restaurant, fish and chip bar, a beach cafe and a launderette. Guest passes are required to use other facilities including the Sands showbar and its entertainment program, the arcade and the swimming pool. These can be purchased for a small fee on arrival in Reception. Other things to note Pendine is currently benefitting from a multi million pound regeneration development on the seafront which includes a Museum of Speed. There is a very popular Chinese restaurant, an ice cream parlour, a hire shop for all your beach needs and various cafes. The outstanding seven mile stretch of sand is great for a day on the beach, walks and for exploring its caves and rock pools. Dogs are allowed on the beach and are allocated to certain sections during the summer months. Pendine is a great base also for walkers - the All Wales Coastal Path running through and to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which begins in Amroth. The seaside towns of Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby are within a 30 minute drive. Narberth - 20 minutes away is great for independent shops. Morfa Bay and Marros Riding Centre are within ten minutes.
