Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation while being just minutes from Paris. As the residence is quiet, it is not possible to have parties in the apartment. The space We welcome you to our personal accommodation, a 3-room apartment of 49 m2, in which you will be alone. There is a very quiet bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, with a very comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people. There is also a changing table and a co-sleeping bed. If necessary, the sofa in the living room is also convertible and very comfortable; however, there is no shutter on one of the windows in the living room. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub in which you can take a bath or shower. Linens and towels are of course provided, just let us know beforehand. There is everything you need for cooking and for your breakfast (Italian coffee maker with coffee at your disposal, tea, milk etc). There is no cleaning fee, but if you do not wish to do it when you leave, a supplement of 50 euros is requested (please let us know during your stay). The apartment is quiet, as is the neighborhood where it is located. Many plants decorate the apartment. Guest access The apartment is located between the Croix de Chavaux stations in Montreuil (line 9) and Château de Vincennes (line 1). It is thus a few minutes from the Bois de Vincennes. Croix de Chavaux is 10-15 min walk, Château de Vincennes 15-20 min and Vincennes RER (A) 15-20 min as well. However, we are happy to lend you our bicycles with their locks (very important). By bike you are about 5 minutes from these different stations, and 10 minutes from Paris. Line 1 serves Château de Vincennes in La Défense, passing through most of the tourist places in Paris: Bastille, Marais, Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet, the Louvre, Palais Royal, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe.
