Other things to note The property is located in a second floor. The two apartments, which are completely for you, and the terrace take up the whole second floor, which you access by staircase. Be aware that it has stairs. I'm explicitly stating that you reach the second floor by means of a staircase. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENTS OR THE TERRACE. If you smoke on the terrace the smoke odor will get inside de apartments, too. Smoke downstairs, in the parking area. I will charge a $500 fee if you smoke inside the apartments.
