This quiet and elegant street offers the comfort of a residential setting and the vibrant energy of a lively neighborhood, with designer shops, charming cafes, and unbeatable connections to the entire city. Metro and bus lines are practically at your doorstep. The space Retiro Park is a 10-minute walk away, and the Golden Mile shopping district (Calle Serrano) is just around the corner. It's perfectly connected to the city center. This is a high-end residential area with all the necessary amenities. This fully equipped apartment boasts 80 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, friends, and business trips. The apartment features an exterior-facing layout and a thoughtful design, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a two-seater sofa and a Smart TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) and features a large dining table. The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, has a double bed measuring 190x150 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds (190x90 cm) and a desk. It is also fully furnished. There are two spacious, fully equipped bathrooms, both with showers. The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and baby equipment (high chair, crib, and bathtub), and comes with bed linen and towels. It is very bright and located on the fifth floor of a residential building with an elevator. It is not fully accessible, as there are stairs in the building entrance. Minty Stay manages the apartment and will provide assistance. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. Guest access During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase. The house has, among others: - Heating. - Air-conditioning - Wifi. - TV. - Full kitchen. - Washer. - Natural light. - Elevator in the building. - Telephone (wireless intercom). - Hangers in the closets. - Check-in at any time (Under availability). - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
