The Guesthouse at Redfoot Vineyard is in an unmatched location on the Wine Route in Niagara. Located within easy distance of wineries, restaurants, wedding venues and the Bruce trail. Sit out on the porch stroll the vineyard enjoy the fire pit and gazebo. Our house is a perfect spot from which to explore the area. The space An unmatched location to relax or explore one of the many wineries located within a short distance This large 2 unit residence has a unique and spacious front porch with patio seating and a gas bbq. Enter the residence through the front door on the patio. On the ground floor you will find a powder room, living room, dining room and a well equipped modern kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and a dish washer. A separate nook beside the kitchen has a coffee station. The bright dining area offers seating for 6 and a side board and a sliding glass door. The living room contains comfortable seating, a smart tv with a firestick and a wood burning fireplace. The stairs to the second floor opens to a central hall, where you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower. The three comfortable bedrooms each have ample space for clothes and belongings. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has a double. One of the queen bedrooms has electric heat and a stand alone air conditioner. Each bedroom has a window that opens. The bedding is comfortable, fresh and immaculately clean. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire front and back yard. The Residence unit is entirely self contained with it's own private entrance. Other things to note Why are we called Redfoot ? The unique clay composition of our vineyard will leave you with red clay on your feet or shoes if you wander through our vineyard. Or if you were to use your "le pieds" (feet) to crush our red grapes to make wine you would end up with a "red foot". The historic farmhouse has in different eras in the past served as a general store, a bakery, a roadside inn and most often as a spacious residence for hard working farm families. The Guesthouse contains 3 separate, self contained units on a very large yard. Unit 1 has 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch and 3 full bathrooms. Unit 2 has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Unit 3 has 3 bedrooms; 2 queen, 1 king and three full bathrooms.
