The apartment is located a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, one of the most important monuments in the world! It is located between 2nd and 3rd floor of an ancient building with lift. It has a triple room, a single room and a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen, so it is possible to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is air conditioned, has unlimited hot water, comes with clean sheets and blankets, has a washing machine and a dishwasher, Nespresso, Kettle, Toaster…. The space Modern, spacious house perfect up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is triple, then there is a small single room (with external window) and finally a nice living room with a double sofa bed and open kitchen. Between second and Third floor with lift, air conditioning, independent heating and all necessary equipment to guarantee you an excellent stay! Guest access You will have full access to the whole house. This IS NOT a shared house, you will be alone inside. It is important to know that the apartment is located precisely between the second and third floors. With the lift you can therefore go up to the third but then you will have to go down a half flight of stairs It should be noted that the lift is not very large (in the historic center of an ancient city like Rome it is fortunate that it is there) Regular check-in time is 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM. From 9:00 PM until midnight, check-in is possible but with a €30 surcharge to be paid in CASH upon arrival. After midnight, there is a €50 CASH surcharge. According to the NATIONAL PLAN FOR THE CONTAINMENT OF NATURAL GAS CONSUMPTION Issued by the Ministry of Ecological Transition (MiTE) in response to Regulation (EU) 2022/1369 of 5 August 2022, the maximum heating temperature in the apartment is set at 21 degrees Celsius Other things to note Please let us know your arrival details, to avoid unpleasant waiting in front of the door!
