Sergüzeşt Hotel is very central, only 500m from the pier. The space Sergüzeşt Hotel is a Greek structure built by the Ottomans for its first owner Asimenia in 1932 in Büyükada's Maden Neighborhood. The ownership of the building was transferred to a Turkish family in 1979 and remained in that family until the current owners took it in 2015. Its former name is Asimenia House. In terms of cultural sustainability, its current qualities have been further developed during the repair phase. After a long renovation process, it was opened in May 2016 with Sergüzeşt Hotel and its Sermest Cafe&Bistro.
