Stylish family home in prime Zurich suburb

While we are abroad we let our beautiful family home (130 m2, 4 bed/ 2 bath). It has all amenities for family living. The 60 m2 south facing terrace maximizes all-day sunshine and offers a partial lake view. The bright and spacious flat is a short (and flat) walk to town or the lake and a fast (10 min) train into Zurich. Kusnacht, a prime suburb of Zurich, is perfect area for families for access to nature and to the city. The space 130m2 flat all on one floor comprises: - large living room with dining area and work desk - comfortably and stylishly furnished. - Large (60m2) terrace with outdoor dining, seating and bbq. - kitchen fully equipped and kitted out with all the usual cooking equipment. - main bedroom with king bed (180cm) and large sideboard. - guest bedroom (king bed) with working area. - children bedroom with toddler bed (and a cot). - play room with large double sofa bed - large utility room with washer and separate dryer. - main bathroom with double sink. WC and bath. - 2nd bathroom with WC and shower - connected by wide L shaped corridor with large in-built storage cupboards/ pantry in entrance. - parking - secure (communal) garage space plus outside guest parking space. Guest access Parking at the property - garage space for one car (another could be added at cost). - 5 min (flat) walk to Kusnacht old town shops or to the lake - Zurich 10mins by car or train or only 15mins by bike. - bus stop to Kusnacht train station is 50m from the flat. - 45 mins to nearest ski hill. - 400m to the beautiful Kusnacht tobelweg (large woodland with waterfall pathway) - In the winter you will find the local families tobogganing or cross country skiing at the top of Kusnacht hill at the pfannenstiel. - stunning road or mountain bike routes direct from the flat (ask for tips) Other things to note This is our family home so while we make space for guests to put their belongings & food etc., you will find the cupboards etc have our belongings. We ask guests to leave these untouched.
