Renovated Villa in western Gothenburg near the sea & city

Welcome to our lovely big villa! Sleeps 14 well. Just a 15-minute taxi ride to Ullevi and central Gothenburg (about SEK 250 with Bolt). Enjoy open social spaces, a large fully-equipped kitchen, patios with sun both morning and evening and our large enclosed garden. Have a lovely evening in the sun and cook outside; gas grill, hot plate and pizza oven. The house is close to both city life and cooling swimming. Perfect if you are several families, couples or up to 14 friends + 2 children. Dogs welcome, no cats The space In the house's entrance floor, you will be greeted by open, social areas as well as a guest room with a very comfortable sofa bed, 170 cm wide. From the balcony door in the living room, you will come out onto the balcony with a barbecue grill, stove and seating. From our bright dining area with a modern fireplace, you go straight out onto our large terrace with a dining area outside. There is a new bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. All rooms have blackout curtains. In the master bedroom, there is a 180 cm wide bed as well as a TV and views of the trees. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable sofa bed 140 cm wide and a TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds 140 cm wide. It also has a new bathroom with a bathtub. In the basement level, we have a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. In the living room outside there is a very comfortable sofa bed 170 cm wide. On this floor there is also a laundry room with three washing machines and two dryers. (the laundry room is not fully renovated). Two cribs are available for use upstairs. The dining room normally accommodates 8-10 people. Extra chairs, high chairs and junior chairs are available in the laundry room. The dining area at the kitchen island accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is spacious and social with a large kitchen island. Here you can cook a lot of food. There are two ovens, one with steam, rice cooker, stove, gas stove, coffee machine and pots etc. You will find a great variety of spices, oils and the like that are included in the property. Should you be missing something, there is a well-stocked pantry where you can temporarily borrow what you need (either you replace what you borrowed or leave a contribution and we will replace it). 2 km to swimming area. 10-minute drive to Gothenburg city center or a 10-minute walk to Frölunda square (shopping center) where both bus and tram go straight into town. Guest access You have access to the entire house and the plot except for locked areas on the attic floor. Other things to note Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Vacuuming, wet cleaning and cleaning of the toilet, as well as changing bed linens and towels are handled by the cleaning company.
