DEPOSIT • A €200 deposit is required upon arrival to cover any of the extra services we offer during the stay. Example: transportation, welcome pack, etc. • The deposit will be returned when the villa is in ideal conditions of order and without damage. FOR STAYS OF 2 WEEKS OR MORE • Responsible Consumption: Electricity is included in the price up to a minimum limit. Any consumption beyond that limit will be charged separately, after verification. In addition, extra charges will apply for charging electric cars or other high-voltage electronics that do not belong to the accommodation, or in the event of irresponsible consumption (for example, leaving high-consumption appliances or air conditioning on when not on the premises). DISCOUNTS AND CONDITIONS: • For stays longer than 2 weeks, we offer reduced prices. • For bookings longer than 2 weeks, electricity consumption will be measured and billed separately.  - For reservations of 2 weeks or more, laundry and cleaning services can be requested to enjoy a fresh and renovated house whenever you wish. • Laundry and Cleaning Service: These services are not included in the price, but can be requested as extras.
