Beautiful Basque family home

This large traditional house of 250 m2 offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Surrounded by a terrace and a large meadow, it is close to a very quiet little village (bakery). It is equipped with garden equipment, games, basketball net, etc. Numerous walks from the house and in the surroundings, village festivals and attractions of the inner Basque Country. Beaches 35 minutes away, outdoor heated pool 15 minutes away. The space This is a secondary house, so it's well equipped. It has 6 bedrooms and 12 beds: two bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200, three bedrooms with two single beds that can be converted into double bed 160 x 200 (one of these bedrooms on the ground floor), and a children's dormitory with 4 single beds. On the ground floor, you will also find a large comfortable living room, a games room (children's games, board games, books and comics), and a large dining room with kitchen area. The living and dining room overlook a terrace that goes around the house. You can have all your meals outside in the shade of an oak tree, and aperitifs facing the mountain. A basketball net is available. Guest access Entire accommodation Other things to note The house is mostly made of wood. Two bedrooms have kept their original parquet flooring (the children's dormitory in particular), parquet a little disjointed with some holes. The other rooms have new parquet flooring. In addition, the house is old: the cleaning will be done rigorously but we cannot guarantee the total absence of spiders under the attic.
