We have made it a welcoming place that all our guests and friends appreciate for its warmth, large living spaces, and charming atmosphere. A 1 hour drive from Paris or by train (SNCF station Chartres then 20 minutes), this quiet hamlet, located in the middle of the wheat and rapeseed fields, is 4 km from the main village with several shops (supermarket, bakery, coffee and tobacco, pharmacy, cash machine, ...), offers an ideal location to enjoy a stay away from the eyes of the World. Ideal for stays for a few and up to 13 people. The ground floor has a large open plan living space (living room fireplace, dining room, dining room, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom with bathtub, one bedroom (double bed) and garden views. The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large double living room with TV. In the summer, enjoy the outdoor flower garden (petanque field, tables, chairs, ping pong table, barbecue available - remember to buy charcoal for the latter). The back is completely closed (walled and/or fenced). In the winter the house has a system of high-performance radiators offering soft heat and a beautiful fireplace. In the evening, enjoy the fireplace (wood available on site), board games, or a good movie in the 1st floor living room. We open the doors of this place with a warm soul. We will be grateful to you for being respectful (avoid breakage, irreversible dirt on the walls, etc.). Other things to note Internet connection, wired, wi-fi, smart TV box, poker briefcase, board games available, ping pong table (snowshoes and balls provided), pétanque balls, badminton game, bbq (remember to bring your charcoal), firewood + firewood provided (subject to one fire per night).
