New apartment 'Dolce far niente' - 6p - Marasusa

The Marasusa complex - with lovely pool - is a pearl located in Parghelia, located on top of a hill, with beautiful views of the bustling Tropea, the Tyrreese and the Aeolian Islands. Our apartment has been recently (2022) completely renovated and contains all the necessities for a wonderful holiday in Calabria. With 2.5 bedrooms (3x double beds), a luxurious bathroom, a relaxed living room with open kitchen and a beautiful terrace, it is the ideal location for a wonderful vacation. The space Living room/open kitchen: The living room with open kitchen with direct access to the terrace has a corner sofa, a TV with DVD player (no TV connection), a sitting area and a display cabinet with crockery, many Dutch-language books (for adults and children) and board games. The new, open kitchen is full of comforts, with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, a large fridge with a spacious freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils. An air conditioning unit is available. Bedroom 1: This "master bedroom" has a double bed (140x200), a sink with mirror and plenty of closet/storage space. This beautiful, bright bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Separate air conditioning unit. Bedroom 2: 2 x double beds (190x140) separated by a wall. As a result, there is plenty of privacy. In this room there is also plenty of closet/storage space and there is a separate air conditioning unit. A window gives plenty of light and views of the terrace/garden. Bathroom: Luxury, new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a hanging toilet and a sink with furniture. Terrace: The large terrace is partially covered and is equipped with a spacious dining table with comfortable chairs, a spacious corner lounge sofa to relax and a sunbed. There is also a large parasol for extra shade and there is direct access to the garden. The terrace overlooks the sea and is located on a quiet part of the complex. The pool is located a 25-meter walk from our terrace. Bed linen and bath/shower towels are included and are part of the cost of 95 euros (cleaning, bed linen, towels). Beach towels are exclusive. The complex is car-free, the shared swimming pool (open from May to September) is 30 meters from our apartment. The pool has a jacuzzi and a baby part (30 cm depth). Furthermore, there are plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a table tennis table available. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Bath towels and extra towels packages can be booked for a fee. Other things to note We are happy to give other people the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful piece of Italy. Our child-friendly apartment has been renovated with great care in 2022 and we assume that our guests will treat our apartment in a respectful way.
