The sconces with milky glass globes refer to the lamps of the Santa Ifigênia Viaduct, while the English-style Chesterfield moss green sofa with capitonê, and gold details on the faucets, racks, hangers, lamps and ornaments, give charm and sophistication to the environment. Located less than 5 minutes from the São Bento or Anhangabaú subway, close to cultural centers, theaters, museums, bars and restaurants, including the gastronomic route of Praça da República and popular commerce 25 de Março and Municipal Market. ***** PLEASE NOTE: until 12/15, the floor (other units / corridor) that gives access to the accommodation will be undergoing renovation. Permissible construction hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please observe carefully before confirming your reservation. ***** Guest access Studio prepared to accommodate 1 (one) person or 1 (one) couple. There is only 1 (one) queen bed in the space. Guests will have full access to the space (loft style) with 1 (one) bathroom + shower and a well-equipped pantry (2-burner induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen accessories). The building has mezzanines with low-gastronomy restaurants, pizzeria, bars including skewers, grocery store, coffee shop, wine shop and other facilities such as laundry, lottery, branches linked to the post office, among others. The iconic Sampasky is located in this building. Other things to note 1. For photo shoots or events involving image rights, there is a specific policy and additional fee. Please consult us before confirming your reservation to avoid cancellation of the reservation for violation of the rules of the space. 2. The studio is located facing the Anhangabau Valley, which has a schedule of events/shows (noise compatible with the size of the show). It is highly recommended to check the Anhangabau events calendar with the date of your stay, before confirming your reservation, to avoid being surprised. 3. Safety tips in São Paulo: In addition to the basic safety tips in a metropolis, in the central region you will find several tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and lots of shops for affordable shopping, so you'll probably want to divide your time in this region. During the day, the important thing is not to be distracted by your belongings (purses, wallets and especially cell phones). At night, avoid long walks to go to bars, restaurants or nightclubs in the central region. Use app-based transportation (Uber, 99 or Cabify) to avoid walking, at least to a subway station. Avoid alleys, narrow and more deserted streets that connect the busiest streets, regardless of the time. Avoid wearing jewelry and watches that attract attention, always keep your bags or backpacks close to your body, do not carry a cell phone or wallet in your back pocket, do not talk on your cell phone when walking on the street to avoid theft. These safety tips are just to make sure you have a great stay in São Paulo. 4. Visitors are not allowed, the space comfortably accommodates 2 people. 5. All guests must present/provide official photo documents (RG/CNH) for the preparation of the access authorizations to the accommodation, which will be validated at the entrance to perform facial biometrics in the Building's system. If this rule is violated, we will contact the Airbnb team to cancel your reservation. 6. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed, unless accompanied by a parent. 7. Smoking is not allowed in the space. If this rule is violated, we will charge an additional fee of $250.00. 8. All belongings in the accommodation are for the guest's exclusive use during their stay. If there is any damage, we will notify the guest to request a refund and the Airbnb Resolution team in the event of a dispute. 9. According to the Building Convention, renovations are allowed Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We can only call the concierge to intervene if this schedule is not observed. During the renovation period in the neighboring rooms, we will give full support to our guests and maintain continuous contact with those responsible for the works.
