Gorgeous original hardwood floors, have been resurfaced, a gourmet Kitchen: Brand new state-of-the-art appliances (gas stove), comfortable modern quartz island and bar, Shaw farm house sink, reclaimed wood accents, microwave, toaster, blender, everything a gourmet or armature chef would want in a kitchen. Living Room: Open floor plan makes this space easy living, comfortable couches and over-sized chair make for loungy atmosphere. A newly tiled fireplace delights on cold days, heating the room and providing a romantic ambiance. The 60 inch smart television with full cable and HBO/Showtime and On Demand (watch all the shows at anytime) allows the whole family and all the guests to be happy. High speed Wifi too! Master Bedroom: A king-sized bed with luxury linens and a 40" smart LED television makes the master perfect place to rest your head. With French Doors adjoining the meticulously landscaped yard - watch the hummingbirds, butterflies and bees grace the property. Bedroom #2: Full beds and a soft rug make this space not only comfortable but fun! A 40 Smart Television makes it a room no body will want to leave. Kids will want to read on the colorful puff ball. Bathroom: This bathroom has been completely remodeled with everything new: Large over-sized soaking tub, high-end fixtures with perfect water pressure. A new tankless water heater offers virtually instant hot water, and the new dual flush toilet helps with the drought. Casita: This is a separate bedroom and bath (with shower) and it's own deck with a luxurious Balinese day bed, on the property. This is perfect for complete privacy if two couples are renting the space, the in-laws are accompanying you on vacation or your teenagers. An amazing queen sized bed with high-end linens adorn the poster bed. TV with cable and the bathroom is completely remodeled - everything new with a dual flush toilet, Spanish tiles throughout and reclaimed wood shelving. Back Yard: This back yard is only for your use, complete with manicured lawn, gorgeous climbing roses, a plethora of flowers, shrubs, lavender, white moon roses and an orange tree for fresh squeezed juice in the morning. There is a ceramic juice squeezer provided. An 6 person spa, heated to 104 degrees at all times, is amazing to soak in after a long day of seeing the sights in Santa Barbara. The Spanish Saltillo tile deck has a large outdoor table for seating, a BBQ with a special bun steamer all over looking the manicured a lawn. Guest access This is a 3bd/2ba Bungalow duplex. Guest access is though the front door. There is no shared space with the other unit. Everything describe above is for the sole use of the guests renting it. Other things to note We only accept a min of 7 days if your stay falls on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and UCSB Graduation. We prefer a 3 day booking over the weekend. Mon-Thurs. 2 day bookings are welcome.
