Other things to note PET POLICY: • One well-behaved small dog (less than 20 pounds, at least one-year-old) is permitted at the Property ONLY with prior approval, with a pet fee. • Guests must take their pets outside to allow them to relieve themselves. Pets must be crated if left alone in the house. The City of Mentor requires dogs to be leashed when outside.
