This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind. The space Private entrance to small 425 square foot apartment. Small apartment size kitchen with stove top, oven, small fridge, toaster microwave and dishwater and basic pots, pans and flatware. There is a small living room that overlooks trees on the back side of the house. The bedroom has a queen size bed and small desk that faces the back side of the property and is very quiet. Bedroom has pocket doors for privacy. Skylights and lots of windows abound. Guest access You will have access to our property while here though some of the outdoor spaces are shared by us and our dogs. There is a creek that runs most of the year round and a deck off the apartment for your use alone, with lounge chairs and a small gas grill. There is a parking spot for one car in front of the main entrance of apartment. Other things to note This is a perfect spot for 2 people wanting a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and close to everything the Hudson Valley has to offer. The apartment can also work for families traveling with children who can manage in a small indoor space and want to make use of the sleeping loft or pull out couch. There's lots of room for kids to run and explore outside! The apartment could also sleep 4 adults making use of the bed and the pull out couch, if you don't mind sharing a tight space and mostly have outdoor adventures planned.
