Modern bungalow with direct lake access and fireplace

Experience an idyllic retreat near Berlin with direct access to the private jetty on the small Zeschsee – perfect for those looking for peace and nature. The charming bungalow, inconspicuous from the outside, offers 50 m² of modern comfort: a tiled stove for cozy evenings, a coffee machine for the perfect start to the day, dishwasher, barbecue and fire bowl as well as a terrace with dining area – everything to make your stay unforgettable. A small rowboat is also available. The space The bungalow is quietly and secludedly located in a charming small garden complex and is the perfect retreat for the fall. The exterior appearance has not yet been modernized, but this has no influence on your vacation experience. Inside you will find two cozy bedrooms: the first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a FireTV, ideal for relaxing movie evenings. A practical wardrobe ensures that you have everything at your fingertips. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed with two beds (each 180 x 200 cm) and also a wardrobe. In both rooms you will find an electric heater that provides cozy warmth on cool autumn evenings. The inviting living and dining area with kitchen is the heart of the bungalow and has a cozy tiled stove (+ electric radiator), which creates a cozy atmosphere. Here you can really relax after a long day in nature. There is a shower in the bathroom. On the covered terrace you will find cozy seating for four people and a dining area, perfect for social evenings outdoors, regardless of the weather. The garden is equipped with a fire bowl, which also provides an inviting atmosphere. The path to the jetty leads over a natural strip of shore and offers you exclusive access to a private jetty. There is a small rowing boat, ideal for relaxing trips on the water – perfect for enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the autumnal surroundings. Guest access The entire place with garden and jetty is for your private use only. There are neighbors to the right and left, but they only use their houses occasionally. Other things to note Although the bungalow itself can be well heated and we also have carpets, we recommend slippers.
