The space Open floorplan with split bedroom for some quiet time for the parents. 2 bedrooms off the main living room provide ample space for guests and kids. Bunk beds in bedroom 3 with room for 4 if needed. TV's in the den and every bedroom with Netflix access included through a Roku setup. Master bedroom has large tub. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will likely need and extras are available in the bathrooms for those little things you may have forgotten. Guest access You will have access to the full home. Relax and enjoy your private space and soak up the lake life vibes! Other things to note There is a security camera for the front door entry and side alleys, but your privacy is fully maintained in all living spaces and certainly the pool space. We want you to feel safe at all times! If you are arriving between Nov. 1 thru April 30 (Fall/Winter months) the pool will be open for use, but cool. Due to the excess costs for propane, there are additional charges for heating of jacuzzi and pool if desired - noted more clearly under HOUSE RULES. Extra charges are $30/day for jacuzzi use and $100/day for pool heating with a minimum of 2 days added as this is needed to bring to temp, then daily charges thereafter. We need to confirm pool heating desires before your arrival to make plans for heating. All other times of the year, the pool will remain at natural temp and if you desire it warmer beyond that, heating charges will apply. No cost for jacuzzi heating in the spring / summer months: May - Oct.
