This entire waterfront home on Coos Bay features stunning sunsets, a private deck overlooking the water, and room for families, couples, or small groups to truly unwind. Located just minutes from beaches, the Oregon Dunes, and local dining, this quiet coastal retreat blends convenience with tranquility. Guests love access to everything North Bend and Coos Bay have to offer. The space Spacious living room, dining, & kitchen for gatherings. One step outdoor deck access. 2 downstairs bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Downstairs laundry room w/ sink, 2 (although you can only park 1 in the garage) car garage. Main bedroom suite upstairs with large walk in closet. There is an extra freezer for any catch of the day until you're ready to take it home. There's a big pot in the garage for cooking crabs. Large deck for family games and al fresco dining. Just FYI, For your safety and ours, we have 3 outdoor cameras on the property. Good News! We now have Stage 2 EV Charger! Guest access Guests have access to all, but the shed. Large spacious yard you are welcome to use. No ocean access. House is situated on a small private road. No parking allowed on the road. There's ample space for all cars. Neighbors share access road, make sure road is clear at all times. The home offers multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy gathering areas — perfect for quality time after a day of coastal adventures. Whether you’re planning a quiet retreat, a family getaway, or a scenic base for exploring the Oregon Coast, this bayfront home delivers comfort, privacy, and unforgettable views. Please declare all guests and pets. We only allow 1 dog, 2 the most if they are less than 30 lbs. each. We do have a dog fee of $150, $50 each for the second one. $50 each extra person after 6 guests. Other things to note United now has daily flights from Denver, San Francisco. Bandon Golf Courses are only 30-40 minutes away. Oregon Sand Dunes & Horsfall Beach is 5 minutes away where you can rent an ATV to go around the sand dunes. We do not allow trailers larger than 8'. Sorry, but this is a strict rule. The City will not be happy. We have installed a new water filter that removes 99.99% of all tap water contaminants. Fresh oysters, clams, & best chowder is 5 minutes away at Clausen's. No Smoking! We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Shoes are not allowed inside. Bring your indoor slippers.
