12 South Family Home

Family home full of love and hopeful intentions- 24 years in the beautiful 12 South neighborhood looking to shelter families in need of a longer-term temporary place (min 30 day stays) while moving, renovating, or re-evaluating life’s rich pageant. The space Our little place has helped raise three amazing people of two artist, writer, and librarian parents. The entire property was renovated in 2015 and was reimagined with hosting in mind. Our basement has supported many tween and teen sleepovers filled with laughter, pizza, great scary movies, and probably some farts. We are thrilled- while a little teary-eyed- to share our beloved space with families looking to take a beat in the lovely 12 south community.
