Lovely family home with garden near city centre

Charming stay in a green area in the trendy Noord district, a 10 minute walk + metro stop away from the city centre. Ideal for families or couples. The space The house (115m2) is 3-floors including a sunny garden attached to the kitchen and living room. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, and 2 toilets. We have one kingsize bed suited for 2 adults (bedroom 1), a one-person bed (bedroom 2), and a children cot + sofabed suited for 2 children or 1 adult, which is available on request (bedroom 3; orange sofabed pictured). A workstation (desk and office chair) is also available (not pictured). The house is located on a dead end street where children can play and you can enjoy the evening sun in our tiny front garden. Other things to note (Public) transport The house is a 10 minute walk from the Noord-Zuid metro, which takes you to the city centre (Amsterdam Central Station) in 2 minutes. You will find a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house. Another option is taking an Uber to the free ferry service opposite Central Station (5 minutes). Parking in our street costs 1,66 euro/hour or 8,50/day - a real bargain compared to the rest of Amsterdam ;) Attractions Amsterdam Noord is the perfect place for those wanting peace & quiet at home, but city life within reach. Many things to do and see in walking distance of our home: typical Amsterdam dike houses (Nieuwendammerdijk), a quiet city forest (Vliegenbos) and a trendy strip with some of the city's best restaurants, a boulder gym, night clubs and a city beach for a quick dip in river IJ (Hamerkwartier). We're also close to Noorderpark, where you'll find cafes, an indoor swimming pool and children playgrounds. By bike or car you can explore the green country side north of the city, offering more characteristic sights of dike houses and little harbours (Durgerdam, Holysloot, Broek in Waterland). A large shopping centre for groceries and more is a 10 min walk away. House rules Please be mindful our house is in a quiet family neighbourhood. No weed, no drugs, no smoking and no parties allowed.
