The Cottage at Apple Hill

The Cottage is a newly renovated, bright, two-story, comfortable one-bedroom space conveniently located in the Farmington Valley. Designed in a farmhouse style and situated on our five-acre estate, Apple Hill, the apartment includes access to our beautiful gardens and gorgeous pool. The space is ideal for everyone from leaf peepers and travel nurses, to visiting clinicians working at UConn Health and Hartford HealthCare, to parents visiting students at Miss Porter’s, Avon Old Farms and Wesleyan. The space One bedroom cottage with full bathroom, eat-in kitchen, sleeper-sofa in living space and washer/dryer. Guest access The cottage has its own parking spot, a separate entrance, and a small outdoor patio. Other things to note We have a dog who likes to make his presence known when we have visitors, so you may hear barking when you arrive.
