I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive. The space This apartment has a back entry and front entry towards the lake. It was built two years ago with entertaining guests in mind. One bedroom with a single pull out bed in the living room. Also a well stocked kitchen. There is a patio that overlooks Portage Lake . We are nestled in a wooded hillside. Some morning and evenings we do see deer, occasional fox, many squirrels and eagles. Other things to note We do have a few games to play; cornhole, scrabble and a deck of cards.
