Goldfinch Holiday Cottage, Happisburgh

Goldfinch is a detached single storey cottage offering self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. It is part of the beautifully converted Boundary Stables, a small complex of 5 privately owned holiday properties, with countryside views and a shared grass paddock. This cosy cottage is a great base from which to explore the North Norfolk Coast and the Broads. Norwich is a 25 minute drive and the closest beach is just a 1.5 miles away at Happisburgh. The space Goldfinch has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 super king and 1 twin room). The super king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with Whirlpool Jet Spa bath. There is also a wheelchair accessible wet room with WC. The living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and 2 comfortable sofas. The property has underfloor heating. There is a Smart TV, Wifi and DVD player with stacks of DVDs. Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen area onto a private courtyard with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and 2 sun loungers. There is also an additional communal paddock for you to sit or exercise your dog. We provide blankets to snuggle up in for sitting outside on cooler evenings. Doggie blankets and towels are supplied if required. Goldfinch is all one level and suitable for guests who are part time wheelchair users. We are happy to accommodate 2 well-behaved dogs (upon request). Guest access The cottage is for the sole use of guests. There is also a paddock area shared by 4 other properties. Other things to note You are welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you - just let us know when you book. We have a no smoking/vaping policy.
