This two bedroom two bath condo located on beautiful Playa Serena Beach is part of Playa Serena Resort gated beachfront community on the Pacific Ocean. Our beachfront connects directly to the neighboring Coronado. This condo is on the beach and has all you will need , you have several miles of beachfront in each direction to enjoy great walks, early runs or sunning under the palapas by the pool or on the beach. The space From the patio of this 12th floor condo you have a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean as you are South facing. The condo has all the comforts you could possibly need; Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Split A/C units in the living room and each bedroom, flat screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom, Cable and WiFi throughout condo. With the wonderful ocean breezes, you will seldom use the A/C units, pool, equipped exercise room, and game room with foosball, billiards and ping pong.... Covered social area by the pool to enjoy a meal or a cool refreshing beverage. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any appliance you might need: Coffee maker, microwave, blender, and all of the glassware, dishes, bowls, pots & pans, silver and cutlery you could possibly need. There is also a laundry area with high quality, front loading washer/dryer. This secure home will comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. The master bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bath and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. All sheets and towels included in your stay. Guest access This unit when occupied renter pays all electric and cable and internet when over 3 months. Under 3 months renter pall all electric, cable and internet will be included. Other things to note Coronado is a 5 minute walk down the beach (Low tide) or a 8 minute drive from the Intercontinental Highway. In Coronado you'll find a walk-in medical center, 4 large 24-hour grocery stores w/ pharmacies, Catholic Church, Synagogue, Banks and restaurants. Nearby you can travel to El Valle mountain village with: Thermal Springs, Treetop aerial ride, peaceful mountain forest trails and Handicrafts and Farmers markets. You can drive or take tours of the Panama Canal, Casco Viejo or the Causeway or visit nearby towns and enjoy natural tropical settings, a rain forest and more in the way of Ecotourism. Gamboa is one place to visit as well. The climate in Panama is tropical and there are two seasons, wet and dry. The dry season is considered Panama's summertime, and lasts from January through March. The rainy season or what is considered Panama's winter, goes from April to December. During the wet season it does not mean that rain lasts nonstop for days, but that almost each day there is some rain. The Panama Canal is central to world trade. The country has much to offer with beaches, mountains, temperate climates, Rainforest and world history. There is much to explore in this ever growing Country.
